Property care is a partnership. For lawn service, there are three main cultural practices that should be done correctly for the best possible results. These are listed in order of importance:
Mowing is THE most important practice affecting the quality of your lawn. Mowing too short, during the hottest part of the season, can result in severe problems/damage. We will recommend the proper height of cut at each service. Also, the frequency of cut affects quality. It’s up to you, or your lawn mowing professional, to make that happen.
Fertilization and pest control This is our job and the one practice that we control.
Watering If you water your lawn, whether with an automatic system or with hose and sprinklers, this can be an easily misused/abuse practice. Many more problems have been created by overwatering than not watering enough. We will make watering recommendations at each service. They may not be the same recommendations that the majority of you may be accustomed to. Please follow our advice!
As you can see, two of the three cultural practices are in your control. If you follow our advice, you should have a lawn that will be healthy and resilient.
The same can be said for tree and shrub treatments. We can apply control products for problems, but if the root cause of the problems aren’t addressed, they may persist.

There are two ways to automatically receive notification before each service:
Email You’ll automatically receive an email the day before any service. It will indicate what service is to be done and anything that you should do to prepare, such as unlocking gates, moving obstructions to service, cleaning up after pets, and making sure they’re out of the way.
Text You can also elect to receive texts. That will also be sent the day before. It will only tell you that we’re coming. Check the email to see the details, or feel free to call, text, or email us.

We will leave a paper service statement at each service. This will have what we applied, any precautionary statements, comments on the property condition, and information and advice for the upcoming part of the season. You’ll also see the dollar value of the services rendered, even if you’re already paid. For those of you paying by the service, there’s also a remittance tag for mailing in payment, as desired.
We will also send an after-service email. This will have all of the information and notes that we left with the paper statement. There will also be a payment tab for those of you who prefer to pay online.

There are several ways to pay for our services:
Prepay for the entire season worth of services. We usually give a 5% discount for season prepayment. This can be done by check, debit, or credit card either online, by phone, or mail.
Pay as you go As already stated, there’ll be a remittance tag on each paper statement. You may mail in a check or pay online.
Set up auto-pay You can enroll in auto-pay through the customer portal. This will automatically charge a credit or debit card for the services performed once we post the work as complete.

For customers with at least 4 scheduled lawn fertilization services, service calls to diagnose problems that may arise between services are free of charge. We may charge for any materials used to manage problems, such as fungus controls for lawn diseases, but otherwise there are no charges for us to stop by between services, as needed.
For our mosquito/tick program customers, re-sprays due to rain are also free of charge.
